Privacy
This page describes the information handling built into the bulletin’s pages and note-preparation tool.
Browsing this website
The supplied website code has no analytics, advertising trackers, account registration or third-party embeds. Images, styles and scripts are requested from this site. Like other websites, delivering these files involves technical request information such as your IP address, browser information and the requested page. Hosting infrastructure may process or log that information for delivery and security; this page does not claim that server logs do not exist.
The local note tool
The contact tool uses the information you enter to build a plain-text preview in your browser. It does not submit the form to a server or save the draft in this site’s localStorage or cookies. The copy action writes text to your device’s clipboard when permitted. The download action creates a text file on your device. Your browser, extensions, clipboard history, backups or device settings may retain data independently.
Clearing the form removes its visible contents and preview. It does not erase downloaded files, clipboard history or browser-managed records. Avoid entering sensitive personal information or private details about someone else.
If you email us
Choosing to send an email is separate from preparing a note. Email discloses your address, message and any attachments to the recipient and involves email service providers. Correspondence should be used to address the enquiry, handle relevant follow-up and maintain necessary records, not to publish your personal details. Do not send passwords, health records, children’s personal information or material you do not have permission to share.
External websites
Source links take you to independent organisations with their own privacy practices. Clicking a link can disclose technical request and referrer information according to your browser settings. We do not control those websites.
Questions and requests
Contact [email protected] for privacy questions or requests relating to correspondence you have sent. Explain the request without supplying unnecessary identification. Any applicable rights, verification requirements and permitted retention depend on the relevant law and circumstances.
